We have been in operation since 1973 as the first salt manufacturer in Okinawa. We believe that the bountiful beautiful blue seas of Okinawa provide us with the salt which is the basic foundation of any cuisine, and strive to produce safe, trustworthy products. From our sea salt produced from seawater collected 2,000m off the coast of Itoman, we will continue to offer products relevant to the needs of our customers. We will carry on our heritage of salt-making while maintaining a sustainable relationship with our oceans and providing a stable supply of products. We aim to expand our vision from Okinawa to Japan and the rest of the globe.
